So I don't lose it!
How many times have you picked up something, you do not want to lose, but you don't need it right now! So, you put it someplace. Someplace special, where it will be safe from the children, the dogs, the cats...and well even yourself!
I have done this so many times recently I swear if its not attached to my body its going to get lost! This is not only frustrating me, but my poor husband is convinced I'm eating these things and just not telling anyone.
A partial list of lost items that I put somewhere safe, somewhere I would REMEMBER...and yet they are lost.
- Streets & Trips mapping software discs that my husband really needs to install on his laptop.
- Blue tooth dongle so my husband can use his blue tooth mouse with his new laptop.
- The spare cordless phone, you know the one that has the good battery but is dead so I can't even call myself to find it.
- The remotes for the TV and satellite. Not one, Not two..but THREE of them.
- The power cord to my husbands 12Volt refrigerator for his truck.
- The papers to renew my rescue license with the state.
- The registration for, you guessed it, my husbands car!
Sigh, the list could go on and on. But I'm afraid I've forgotten what all I've lost now.
